The new spot on East Colfax is firing on all cylinders. A new bar, eatery, and live music venue joined the East Colfax scene. Red Octave Kitchen and Bar is the brainchild of restaurateur Phil Long and chef David Sanchez, both of whom have spent a good part of their careers in hospitality in the mountains in Vail and Beaver Creek.
