Your best remaining way in could well be through Outstanding in the Field, the ongoing massive outdoor dinner party that’s been held on the Polo Grounds for a few years now. The folks behind Outstanding in the Field have been doing these dinners since 1999 at various locations across the world, but in recent years have teamed up with an array of local and national talent to put on the party inside the Rose Garden at Coachella. The dinner parties run both weekends, with multiple timed seatings (5:30 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. each Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) to give guests a couple of hours to enjoy the four course meal, and include beer and wine with the $225 price tag.
