Chicago House, which was owned by Doug Guller and ATX Brands, is turning into music venue Tellers, opening on Friday, October 2. It will be run by real estate agency founder and motivational speaker Chad Goldwasser. The first floor will serve deep dish pies from Chicago institution Gino’s East, according to KXAN.
