Arcade Fire’s Win Butler and Régine Chassagne are opening a new Haitian restaurant, Agrikol, in Montreal this summer with the help of celebrated Toronto restaurateurs (and fellow husband-wife duo) Roland Jean and Jen Agg, The Globe and Mail reports.
